About the Role

We are looking for a Strategic HR Associate to work directly with the CHRO on core people strategy, analytics, org design, compensation and capability-building initiatives. This is a high-ownership, strategic role with broad exposure across the People & Culture function.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Analysis

– Support in key People Analytics
– Support in Compensation & Benefits benchmarking
– Lead and own People Dashboards
– Run People data analysis and insights
– Support in Organisation Development initiatives
– Support in managing Succession Planning

Special Projects

– Lead CHRO-priority projects such as org structure redesign, performance management framework, onboarding revamps, and leadership enablement
– Project manage system integrations and HRIS implementation
– Partner cross-functionally to drive change and improve employee experience

What Were Looking For

– 3-5 years of experience in HR strategy, HRBP, people analytics, HR consulting, or people program roles.
– Strong analytical skills; comfort with spreadsheets, dashboards, and structured problem solving.
– Excellent communication, documentation, and project management skills.
– High ownership, discretion, and ability to work directly with senior leadership.
– Passionate, self-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
