About the role

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer (4+ years) with strong expertise in. NET Core  to join our high-performing engineering team. You will design, build, and deploy scalable enterprise-grade applications, working across backend, and cloud infrastructure. This role requires a hands-on technologist who can drive end-to-end solution development in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications and RESTful APIs using. NET Core and React.js .
• Own features across the entire technology stack, UI, business logic, database, and integrations.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and fellow developers to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Optimize application performance, security, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architectural decision-making.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and automated deployments following DevOps best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in. NET, JavaScript, and cloud technologies, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred Background / Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience building large-scale, high-traffic web applications.
• Understanding of secure coding and OWASP practices.
• Exposure to message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Backend (. NET Core):

• Solid hands-on experience in ASP. NET Core /. NET 6+ (Web APIs, MVC, Entity Framework Core).
• Strong understanding of RESTful services, Microservices architecture, and API Gateway patterns.
• Experience with JWT / OAuth2 for authentication and authorization.
• Good understanding of asynchronous programming and dependency injection.

Database:

• Proficiency with SQL databases (PostgreSQL / SQL Server) schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
• Exposure to NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra) is a plus.

DevOps and Cloud:

• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps).
• Working knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud services.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Grafana, ELK, Prometheus).

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and debugging capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven experience working in agile / scrum environments.
• Passion for technology, innovation, and continuous learning.
