How we began

Our humble beginning in 2011 at our Mangolpuri Plant. All we had was a dream to contribute to making India energy efficient and the passion and will to do it.

The growth chapter

Over a decade, we grew our Mundka plant to make our dream a breathing reality and emerged as an organization obsessed with reliability, high performance, and customer success. 

Spreading our wings

In 2024, we inaugurated Kimbal Mega Plant. A 250,000-sprawling campus in Greater Noida with world-class facility and a monthly production capacity of 1 million smart meters (to be achieved by Q4 FY25).

Quality Control

  • Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT)conducted using best-in-class environmental chambers to ensure product durability and reliability. 
  • Automated manufacturing enhances reliability and traceability while reducing variability through advanced automation.
  • Calibration and MSA (Measurement system analysis) of instrument  
  • Critical characteristics are controlled and maintained by the SPC process
  • Supplier PPAP  
  • Strong QM Plan including half yearly/yearly requalification

We adhere to strict safety standards with robust lighting, ventilation, hygienic infrastructure, and periodic fire drills to ensure compliance and a secure environment.

ZERO Defect Goal

Lean
Manufacturing:

We apply lean manufacturing using associated tools like the 5S methodology, Waste Management, JIT (Just-in-Time), Kanban, and Gemba.

Total Quality Management:

Applying TQM tools such as policy deployment, Kaizen, Standardization, PDCA etc. to improve product quality and streamline processes.

SIX Sigma (Work-in-Progress)

We aspire to transform our production processes at product level to achieve our highly intended ZERO defect goal.

Training & Development:

We offer regular and relevant knowledge building sessions to our teams to follow industry best practices, and achieve the highest production quality.

Sustainable production

Use of reusable PP corrugated boxes for packaging.

The entire production process is lead- conscious and plastic-positive.

All records are maintained digitally with the least use of paper.
