Kimbal hires across engineering, software, SAP and enterprise systems, manufacturing, quality, customer success, sales, and corporate roles such as People & Culture (HR). Roles are structured into Agile and Excellence tracks, with expectations aligned to the nature and ownership of each role.

Kimbal’s roles are spread across multiple locations, including New Delhi, Greater Noida, and Bengaluru, along with project-based roles across India. We are present globally, with offices in Australia, Singapore, and Indonesia.

The hiring process typically includes application review by Strategic Talent Acquisition team, technical or functional interviews, and discussions with the leadership. It also includes an assessment of K-fit, which is a competency-based interview (CBI) where we evaluate behavioural skills and mindset to match alignment with our values and culture.
